Definitely go visit TaQuita if you’re suffering from back pain. She worked out a knot in my lower back that was really bothering me. She is super knowledgeable!

Chris and Brett did a wonderful job during the massage session I got with my mom. They set a nice and relaxing atmosphere and had excellent massage techniques!

After having lipo surgery, I was instructed to find a professional who does lymphatic drainage massage. I found BHM wellness massage and TaQuinta Smith aka Free. She was welcoming and knowledgeable about the procedure I had and knew exactly how to release my discomfort. She had me at ease with her caring and professional manner. Being a first time patient, she made me feel comfortable and confident that she could relieve my swellingThe facilities were inviting and clean. All the other staff were welcoming and I look forward to my next visit

LaDell is an amazing massage therapist! She focuses on any area that may have your body in distress. She varies her techniques to relieve muscle tension.

The massage therapist LaDell is absolutely awesome. She found issues in my calves I didn’t even know I had. She knew the stressors in my job and worked on my neck and shoulders to get me back in shape for work. Every time I walk out I feel so much better, relaxed and renewed. She’s got magic hands. My son is a high school football player and he needed a sports massage. My husband did a Google search and found this place. One of the massage therapists, Maya, had amazing reviews and this location is close to our son’s high school so we decided to book him an appointment for today, 5/22/2024. This location is conveniently located across from the Trace Crossings plaza. Since my son is a minor, one of us has to stay in the room with him (which I think is a great policy). Maya was professional and did a great job! With how closely this is located to the high school, this business should consider being a sponsor for our high school football team. My experience today was fantastic! Joshua West was absolutely wonderful. It was my first time receiving a cupping massage and he took ample time to explain to me the process and what to expect. My muscles feel more relaxed now than in years. Came because I got a gift card but I will definitely be back!!

I booked an appointment with Maya and she was absolutely amazing!! I left feeling so relaxed.

I booked with Birmingham Wellness Massage after reading all of the positive reviews. I had been having shoulder pain for 2 weeks without relief. I normally always book Swedish massages because I’m a bit of a wimp. But due to the pain I booked a deep tissue massage with Ian. It was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had and I had relief within the next 1-2 days from the pain. Ian was so good about reminding me to breathe thru the “good hurt” and told me what to expect when he would hit certain pressure points. I would honestly go back to see him every time!

Absolutely the best massage I have ever had. Woke up with no pain in my lower back. I will return to Ian whenever I am in the area.

I booked Ian (Hoover location) for my therapy session. He was spectacular! His knowledge of what needed attention and how to use deep tissue pressure and stretching to relieve my chronic pain was impressive. Dry and wet heat was also used during the session to relax my muscles further. Ian was exceptional in his communication and in making me feel comfortable and secure on the massage table. Would highly recommend and look forward to my next session. The center itself is clean, quiet, comfortable and very professional. Easy to find, good parking.
